By submitting the registration form in Dashboard or Mobile app, you grants to us, in your consent with the processing of personal data provided in compliance with the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, for the Purposes (as defined below).

  1. Identification of the user of Dashboard or Mobile app while registering or using the Service;
  2. Provision of all functionalities of Service, in particular, but not limited to, of:
    1. Navigation in the monitored building;
    2. Search of other individuals (e.g. co-workers) in the monitored building;
    3. Reporting damaged equipment or facilities in the monitored building; and
    4. Provision of other localization based functionalities;

    1. Help us provide you with the communication and the Service;
    2. Confirm or correct personal data;
    3. Help us run our business and compliance programmes;
    4. Audit our business.
Anonymized personal data are further used for maintenance reports, space utilisation suggestions, space usage analytics, and other types of reports related to the monitored buildings.
